Debugging JavaScript in Visual Studio

I found that you must set the defaultIgnorePipelineWhenDebug attribute to true to debug .js files in Visual Studio. That's OK for development, but not for production.

It would be nice to have a way to have a debug and a release configuration, something like the Web.Debug.config and Web.Release.config.

Of course, I can use two Combres files and refer them in those web.config files, but that means maintaining two Combres files in the project.

Any ideas are welcome.

Set defaultDebugEnabled to auto and defaultIgnorePipelineWhenDebug to true. The former makes sure Combres uses debug mode in web.config. The latter disable pipeline if debug mode is true.
