Combres with log4net: Merged in to binary?

Hey there, I've been using Combres for a while and I'm really happy with it. I want to configure log4net for my logging solution, so I added the log4net binary. However, when I try to create my log4net log: private static log4net.ILog Log = LogProvider.GetLog(typeof(MvcApplication)); I get the following error: The type 'log4net.ILog' exists in both 'd:\Build\Blah\Source\Blah.Web\bin\log4net.dll' and 'd:\Build\Blah\Source\Blah.Web\bin\Combres.dll' I realize that there is both a combined version of Combres (via ILMerge) and a non-combined version of Combres. I am *not* using the combined version -- I've added all the DLLs myself to the project. However, it looks like the non-combined version of the binary is actually merged. Can you confirm? Thanks,

Never mind, I'm an idiot -- I found the issue :). Apparently removing a reference won't remove it from your webapps' bin folder...and that's where the project looks for its targets during build.
